- Perennial vine with greenish-yellow flowers and black berries.
- Used in wildflower gardens as ground cover or as cover for fences, arbors or small buildings.
- Once established can be difficult to eradicate. Can cause skin irritation.
- Twining vine up to 30 ft.
- Suitable to grow from 8A-11.
- Deciduous. Blooms in summer with fruit in October.
- Best grown in full sun to part shade.
- Moderate moisture to dry periods.
- Larval food for Sphinx and Wilsons Wood-Nymph moths. Berries eaten by birds.
